Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
